The Spring Festival, a traditional Chinese holiday is approaching, For those of us who are used to being busy, we gradually feel tired. Because the biggest export problem this year is that ocean freight has risen too much, our customers’ import costs have undoubtedly become expensive. The ocean freight in Africa has exceeded 10,000 U.S. dollars which caused several African customers of our company to delay their orders, and they were scheduled to place orders after the Spring Festival. Our company has recently strengthened the contact with freight forwarders. Those with shipment plans are arranged 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that there are spaces and contianers for loading, and to provide timely protection for some customers who are eager to ship. For our company’s service, customers think that it is professional, sincere and perfect.

This month, we have 5-6 contianers every week for loading. Even if the contianers arrive at night, our workers are on standby at any time to ensure that all the customers’ goods can be loaded into the contianers without wasting the customers’ ocean freight.  Of course, at the same time, the quality of the products can only be sent to customers after inspection and confirmation, so that the quality of “wodetex” is guaranteed.
